Adaptation trainings

Volunteers who successfully pass the interview to work in "DOST" centers are involved in initial adaptation training. As part of the training, they get acquainted with the DOST Agency and "DOST" centers, practical guidance on conducting and analyzing a satisfaction survey. In the training, information is also provided about the opportunities and services of the " Könüllü DOST" program for volunteers.
